I've made a deposit at pokerstars thinking that they will double the amount I deposited but so far that hasn't happened. I've used the bonus code STARS600 when I made the registration. Do I need to clear the bonus before it is credited to me?

Yes dany2391, you will need to clear the bonus before any $ are credited to your account. Please see the above link and if you have any queries don't hesitate to ask

Just wanna add: You should ignore that you even have a bonus, and do not even try to clear it. If you do, you might end up playing too many tables/too long sessions/too high stakes and make a big loss, bigger than the winnings from that bonus. Just play your A game and the number of tables you are used too
This does not mean that you should play without bonus, extra money is always good^^ just don't get too greedy, depending on game (SNG, tournament, cash) and limits it is quite hard to get the full bonus cleared (they usually come in smaller bits anyway)
Thanks guys. It would have been good to receive the bonus instantly and then clear it...to boost my bankroll a little bit. But I can work with this too.
