Hi Dracsharp,

Preflop: looks good. We can also 3-bet as a bluff here but calling is also fine.

Flop: I'm not a huge fan of the check/raise with little hand equity although villain will cbet here a lot.

Once he calls us his range is usually Kx, club draws, AA and some sets.

The turn is a good card to scare the Kx but we usually have to bet the river too to get him to fold it. However the A also helps AA, AK, and all nut flush draws (clubs).

So I like our river bet on the club because now he will almost always fold a Kx however the overall play seems a bit spewy. Players at these limits don't fold enough and sure enough his range has lots of hands that can still call you.

While this time it had worked I don't think this is something you should make a habit off, especially at these limits (people just don't fold enough).
