Depending on who you are playing against this can be an all-in and it can be a fold. Without any info from your side we can assume based on stacksizes that you are facing fish. Generally I will be less likely to be folding against fishy villains since you will see all kinds of wierd stuff especially from small stacks like these two. My decision would depend on if I had seen any kind of spazzy play from these guys. Either way I don't think folding is a huge mistake here.

Against two small stacks I'd go broke. If they were full-stacked and you met a cold 4-bet, then it's a fold.
