Hi.

Easy 3bet you are in late position. If you are hesitant to go all-in with AK, it simply means that you are not 3bet bluffing enough.

I suggest you post your own stats here and maybe talk about your typical 3betting range against a 28/24 player.

Hi.

You still need to 3bet this for sure. If you are not 3betting AK, then I wonder where your 4.8% 3bet comes from. 3bet some more bluffs as well and try to get at least 6%. If not it's just way too easy to play against you. I would exploit you by folding all the time vs your 3bets.

Once you start 3bet bluffing more, people will naturally start to 4bet bluff you, and also stack off worse hands some of the time. Then AK becomes a really easy 3bet/5bet as opposed to a 3bet/Not sure what to do vs a 4bet.

I would suggest that you take your time to work on your preflop game before playing NL50. I personally wouldn't recommend taking shots by playing short-stacked. You might as well try to master your own game at NL25 with 100bb stack first before moving up. Good luck

hi! as you say,I tried to improve my stats.
after I played 400 hands in NL25,my stats became like this
vpip21 pfr19 3BET8,8 , call to 3BET 21, fold to CB in 3 bet pot 68
fold to turn CB 44
flop CB 72
turn CB 45
fold to flop CB 57
fold to turn CB 45
fold to steal 86
steal 32
resteal 9
fold to BB steal 86
fold to SB steal 86

will you tell me which part of my stats is not good?
i play poorly in 3 bet pot and my total profit in this 400 hands is -20

Hi.

It looks better.

vpip21 pfr19 3BET8,8
call to 3BET 21
fold to CB in 3 bet pot 68 - Way too high, 40-50 is good
fold to turn CB 44 (I think 44% is fine, but it's actually really high, given that your Fold to flop cbet is so high. It should mean that your Turn range should be stronger than the average player and thus I actually expect this number to be lower)
flop CB 72
turn CB 45
fold to flop CB 57 - Too high as well, 40-50
fold to turn CB 45 - Same as what I wrote for the 3b pot stat
fold to steal 86
steal 32
resteal 9
fold to BB steal 86 - You must defend more hands from BB than SB. In BB you can call way more often.
fold to SB steal 86

Try to implement changes in your game slowly. If you try to change things too fast (4% 3b -> 8.8% 3b), you will end up spewing and making many mistakes. So slowly work on widening your defend ranges. I think currently you feel really uncomfortable playing as the Preflop caller which explains why you fold so much to cbets.

I would suggest posting more hands when you are playing as the preflop caller, and look for spots where you could possibly continue on the Flop instead of folding, because you are folding too much to cbets.
