I think he might steel and KQ is far to strong to fold because of fold equity and even against A2-AJ it has decent suck out equity like 40%. And against 22-JJ would be a flip.

This hand looks well played even if we had no fold equity here. Unless his minraise specifically indicates strength, our KQo is good enough here.
