I just flat here. His opening range is more important than his stack size. Even if he was 10bb here, if he only raised TT+/AQ+, you should just fold your hand.
Given that he's 20/14 here, I think his opening range from UTG is something like 12-14%. While TT might be ahead of this range, I don't think you are ahead of his calling range or shoving range vs your 3bet. He would probably fold many of the worse hands.
Thus, I prefer to call the minraise and take it from there.
