or prefer giving up once called OTT? I figured he can still have some draws, Qx which will find it hard to call 3 streets or maaayybe 9x, TT JJ that call twice.

It looks fine to me.

However, I don't cbet that often on this board and if the guy likes to bet IP vs missed cbet, I like check/raising your hand. The reason I don't cbet the flop often here is that middle stuff and Qx is huge part of such a player's calling range and you can't really expect him to fold QJ+ once he flops top pair and so many draws have missed. Barreling still makes sense to make him fold/not bluff you with hands like JT, 89, TT, JJ, A high flushdraws (flopped or backdoor) plus it's basically one of the best draws to bluff river with from a game theory perspective because you don't do it often and it has huge equity all the way.
