Villain 10/8. Seems kinda taggy, but more nitty than taggy.

I feel like I have to protect against a few draws here so raise the turn. I feel like I should have raised up the flop for protection, too.

Party, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 7 Players

CO: $0.80 (40 bb)
Hero (BB): $2 (100 bb)
MP2: $2.38 (119 bb)
SB: $0.78 (39 bb)
MP1: $0.83 (41.5 bb)
BTN: $0.41 (20.5 bb)
MP3: $1.82 (91 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q J
3 folds, CO raises to $0.06, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.13) T 5 Q (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

Turn: ($0.33) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.24, Hero raises to $0.69, CO folds

Results:

Spoiler

$0.81 pot ($0.04 rake)
Final Board: T 5 Q Q
CO mucked and lost (-$0.40 net)
Hero mucked Q J and won $0.77 ($0.37 net)

Hi Knyght,

Preflop: Considering villain only has 40 BB and plays so tight why do we call preflop with this hand? It should be a fold.

As played I like our turn raise and he won't fold much other than pure bluffs (since you put him all in and he doesn't have much left behind - 54c)
