PokerStars - $0.10 NL - Holdem - 7 players

SB: $2.19
BB: $6.31
UTG: $12.28
UTG+1: $8.90 VP 9 / PR 6 / 3B 2 / 4B 50 (259 hands)
MP: $10.00 VP 16/ PR 14 / 3B 2 / 4B 17 (310 hands)
Hero (CO): $16.45
BTN: $10.00

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has K♣ K♠

fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.30, MP raises to $0.90, Hero calls $0.90, fold, fold, fold, UTG+1 raises to $8.90 and is all-in, fold, Hero calls $8.00

Flop: ($18.85, 2 players) T♥ J♥ 5♣

Turn: ($18.85, 2 players) 3♠

River: ($18.85, 2 players) 4♠

Both guys had a pretty tight 3B range, so I cold called to reevaluate on the flop. I actually thought about folding but that seemed incredibly weak; I'm losing like a mad man KK x AA against known or unknown players. I really don't know what to do. :f_cry: Can I fold KK in a spot like this?

Hi Boozaf,

Preflop: We could let go KK in this spot considering that MP only 3-bets 2% in 300 hands. Alternatively you can 4-bet small and fold because a lot of these guys will just call QQ/AK and shove only AA and some KK.
