On this hand, I felt like his range was likely to be over-cards, or some kind of PP.
When he checked back the turn I felt there was a good chance my 9's were good, but didn't see how I could get any value from betting myself - He would only call me with the stronger part of his range and fold the air.
On the turn I had planned to fold to a bet, I would have believed he had an overpair to the board, or at least a hand I wasn't going to beat.
