Are we "Hero" Or "Co" here?

From your questions it appears that you are talking about CO as being us but from the hand it appears otherwise.

If we are indeed Hero here why are we check/calling that flop and ck/calling river?

That makes sense.

Limp/reraise (especially this big) is usually a really strong move at FR from UTG. Combine that with the fact that he is a bit fishy (stack) and i would say that we are facing, very often, QQ+, AK

Because we don't get odds to set mine and postflop we are guessing I'd fold preflop.

Flop should be a bet/fold after we get limp/reraised and then ck/raised. You only beat random bluffs and the guy is unknown and thus we can't expect him to be a maniac.

Nice hit on the turn though, you probably perma tilted the fish.
