NL50sh - Give him respect?

Hey!

Normally this is a standard 4bet or call to the 3bet BUT he did just 3bet me the hand before (I folded).

I think that when people 3bet a 2nd time in a row it's mostly for value right? Cause they should know they need to calm down a bit and not take the bluffspot for ones.

Hi,

It depends, it's just a leveling spot. Sure he 3bet you the last hand, but that also means he probably also gets more credit the 2nd time he does it. Also you could be opening wider the next hand cause you really wanna win the blinds after getting 3bet. I can't give you the answer, it's a leveling spot. But as a general thing, 4betting AJs can never be bad, it's close to the top of our folding range and it has blockers etc.
