Flop: ($2.2) Q:c, 2:h, 8:c (3 players)
BB checks, MP3 bets $1.10, Hero calls $1.10, BB folds.

Turn: ($4.4) A:s (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $2.75, MP3 raises to $6.30, Hero calls $3.55.

Basically this guy is pretty damn aggressive post flop, and I would like to know if this is a good call or should I just shove it?

Just check back the turn imo. You can't rep many value hands after you just called flop, continue repping a medium value showdown hand and play IP.

When you bet you are saying you have NFD sometimes and that's about it. Let's assume the very unlikely scenario you call flop 1/2 pot bet with a set. Would you really bet so small on the turn with it? Don't think so..

Calling the raise is fine but just to hit.. When you bet that turn you expect some FE, some calls and rarely a raise. If you bet expecting to get raised you should either not bet or bet/3bet to rep a strong value hand if your line is consistent with that. If you are unlikely to get raised it means he is raising a strong range so you have no FE to shove but have equity + implied odds + position so calling is better than shoving.
