Yeah, i checked back. But I forgot to mention I've seen him calling with Khi in these spots (he's the infamous ForceWithMe).
My main question would be, what Ahi would you valuebet in his spot? AQ+?

He may u even cd w/Qhi Jhi depending on board, hes really sdmonkey. Give him alot of 3bets in Bw and he starts to cd w/Qhi.

As a default here I'd probably value bet AQ+ as you said as a default although AJ/AT might be possibilities depending on what I thought of opponent's thin VB range.
If he's going to x/c with everything in his range retty much then it's an obvious value bet
