I`m 3-betting UTG for value, of course. His 4-bet sizing suggests, that I don`t have any FE. VS best case scenario range: QQ+, AKs, AKo
I got about 40% equity. So, this is a fold?

Hi Diena,

Preflop: Assuming 0 FE what's your required equity in the hand (not taking into account the rake)?

It would be (4.06-0.4) / 8.16 = 45%

Add it the rake it goes up to about 48% so yes, unless you can expect JJ (which I wouldn't) it's much closer to a fold than a shove.
