Hey, am after some advice on hot to play straight flush draws after the flop? Seem to be getting them horridly wrong. Here is an example. Im just after some guidance on how to play them generally please. Thanks Rapier

Hey Rapier12,

There are usually 2 situations with monster draws.

1) Your opponent is able to fold second best hands. You want to play really aggressively in these spots. Capitalize on your huge fold-equity and pot-equity.

2) Your opponent/s are never folding. Either because they are bad or because they have an extremely strong range. In these cases you want to be passive and play according to pot odds.

As for your hand there is something not right with the hand-history. You appear to be calling your own bet on the flop. It looks to me as if you played the hand ok - but feel free to paste correct version of hand history - choose "advise judge of taking another look at this thread" and I will look again.
