Players mostly have VPIP/PFR/3B like 67/3/0

Hello,

What exactly concerns you here?
You are given a free play with a decent hand, so taking it is fine. Raising would be bad since we are most likely to get called a lot.

On the flop with just a gutshot check/folding is by far the best thing we can do here after so much action.

Actually hand is not for evaluation, its just an example how stupid they play, and my Q is how to exploit his game eventually to take their money. Because against such players you cant play somewhat regular poker (like cbeting, bluffing).

Maybe I should post it under different forum section, not evaluation.
