Ok im trying to move up to 15$ 18man sng on Stars but experiencing huge difficulties (3 times tryed and got 20-30bi downs and have to move down ffs)
If there could be someone who could help me or share their thoughs id be most thankfull

Well, if that's the case, then you are looking for a sweat partner, and not a coach;) I think you'd have bigger success if you named your topic like that. Maybe ask around in public coachings too!

A simple fix that helps a lot of people is just folding AQ in questionable spots. I know this is vague, but it can save you a few games.
