It depends on your opponent and how likely he is to bet the turn again with trash. Your EQ is absolutely ok to peel the flop. Especially against players who give up trash and may give you a freecard but against weak ones you should bet the turn, when checked to you. I had a conversation with a highstakes reg and he told he, he does almost always call those kind of flops, having marginal sd value and 2 backdoors. I would be more willing to call J7 with 2 good backdoor options and with the chance to improve to a big draw on T or 8 and feel more comfortable when the 7 hits whereas i like calling less with a hand like Q2, without any bd and with a bit more showdownvalue that's actually meaningless.

Given he's got 51 wts he'scertainly not the best opponent you like doing a lot of floats. He's not giving up much and barreling the turn too much and does check/call with K high as you may have a flushdraw or some float. In absolute hand strenght this hand looks pretty weak but as ranges are wide in such situations, your flopcall is absolutely ok and good Qx hands and Kx hands have good enough EQ to call the flop as well. Mathematically, i don't know where to draw the line but also T7 with T♦ is not a terrible call on the Flop.

The weaker your hand gets and the less EQ you've got, the bigger the chance has to be, that your opponent is check/folding a lot/too much on the Turn.

Without bd J♦ and lets say J♠ instead i would fold the flop because you cannot really realize your bd straight eQ as you'll just improve to a gutshot.
