vs. unknown who just joined table. Completely pointless turn raise on his behalf with Q8s. :facepalm:

Hi Sketchzr,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I like your half pot cbet on dry board.

I think that on the turn we should choose between a small bet to induce and a shove. Considering the board is so dry I prefer the inducer bet ($1).

We are getting the money from him if he has a pair in most cases and we want to increase the chance that he pays as off with the weaker part of his range (he did here anyway _biggrin:)
