I have no reads on the opponent except for him limping ~30% hands

I want to fold in this situation 100% is that a correct decision?

I am also wondering is there any time where I should call it. If there is then what kind of reads should I have on my opponent or river cards or board type for that call to be profitable?

Hi Mtxfat,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I would recommend betting larger on both flop and turn especially since villain may appear recreational (shorter stack).

As played the river bet looks like a polarized range. It could be a bluff but against unknown it's hard to tell so folding is fine.

We could call there versus players that are aggressive and have been seen bluffing (or slowplaying big hands). In other words we can call when we can expect to see bluffs at least some amount of the time or we can't really see him play value hands like that.
