Are you moving to France or just going their for a short time? You can definitely play on PokerStars.fr and set up an account their quite easily as long as you hold a European bank account.
If you contact PokerStars support they will be able to give you more details 
EDIT: If you contact our customer support team they may be able to give you further options, I only know of PokerStars
