Stacks:
UTG ($50) 100bb
UTG+1 ($20.36) 41bb
CO ($60.74) 121bb
BTN ($57.14) 114bb
hero (SB) ($57.05) 114bb
BB ($50) 100bb

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 6 players) hero is SB J♠ Q♠
2 folds, CO raises to $1.50, 1 fold, hero raises to $5.50, 1 fold, CO calls $4

Flop: J♣ 2♣ 9♥ ($11.50, 2 players)
hero bets $6, CO calls $6

Turn: 4♣ ($23.50, 2 players)
hero checks, CO checks

River: 5♥ ($23.50, 2 players)
hero checks, CO checks

Villain is weakish reg 21/16, fold to 3bet 80% (4/5) so postflop stats pretty irrelavent. Opens CO 17%.
At the moment I my 3bet% on that table was quite high, so that might widen his defending range.

Heya,

I like pre, could sometimes just call but if your default is to 3bet or fold SB it's obviously fine and it will work.

Postflop, I'm not huge on cbetting there because you only get value by hands like TT, JT and a couple of flushdraws. You get raised or called by many better Jx, sets, flushdraws with overs or combo draws and that's a wider range than his calling range.

Your hand is also not vulnerable because he bets anything he would call with imo, maybe not much of the TT, 88 hands that could call but it's so narrow that the value-owning you do with betting vs the stronger ranges counters that already. I would usually say my hand is very thin postflop so I would check/call it since I also check/fold this flop often after I 3bet, I use this hand to strengthen my checking range a bit until further developmnets of dynamics.
