Hi nusohaso,

Preflop: looks fine but villain is fishy and we can 3-bet more for value.

Postflop: Cbet can be slightly larger versus the fish and on the turn it really depends on what we have seen him do.

In a regular, single raised pot, I agree that this line of ck/call and min ck/raise is strong however we are in a 3-bet pot here so villain may do this with KQ/AK or even JQ (like JQss). So unless villain is super passive I would not fold in a 3-bet pot.
