You should raise pre-flop, he can fold a lot to you, and if he 3bet just fold.

On the flop you should be arround 1,5 bb, and as played call his min. raise.

On the turn I would check-call since he still can be betting with draws and bluffs.

On the river check and call a small bet, otherwise fold, since not too many players bluff three streets, or valuebet weaker hands than Q9.

Yeah I would be raising pre here too.
As played, on flop I dont like the min 3bet, think I make it bigger there. You have to figure you probably have the best hand.
I would also almost certainly barrel every street here, board is way too drawy and turn and river are good cards for us.

Hey Adam!

Clear raise pre to 2.5bb!
As played your 3bet on the flop with that sizing doesn't make sense!

Is that 4 value? (too small)
is that a bluff (too small)

why do you even do it?

Turnbet is senseless as well.. I call for the odds or raise all my combinations against you and you fold every time -> Because you would bet every strong hand much higher on the turn And I see tons of foldequity against you!

So just raise pre -> cbet this board and play from there!

Greets,
