Opponent is 22/19/8 but he was playing more aggro today I think, not sure why the stats were different. 25/20/9.

Dynamic was such that he won a few pots on various tables from me in the past 20 min. I don't think that's so relevant though.

He reshoved over my check/raise in 3-5 seconds. What's the worst hand you are calling here with? He reps only 4 combos of JJ/99, I don't see him shoving over with flushes too often I think, not when I checkraised so large. Anyway my size was huge cos I wanted to portray frustration with him running over me in the last few hands.

Like the raisesize on the River and I dont think Im capable of folding to the shove, even if it looks so nutty :/

I think the nutflush is my worst cr/calling it off hand in this spot. Th8h and 99 makes most sense, which are just a very few hands. Dont think he checks trips or better behind on that Turn.

Cheers

Folding sucks but do we ever win?

Btw mbml, if I may ask, why do you call the 3bet PF instead of 4betting? ty

its better to have A4s in your calling range than 4bet fold range due to the nut flush/straight value. If you 4bet as bluff you lose the that vaue gained fro, that hand.
With a hand like ATo we would be better off 4bet bluffing rather than calling the 3b

ty :). Problem is that we don't make good pairs? A was worst kicker and a pair of fours isn't that strong..

Hi,

I'm thinking we can discount 99 a decent % of the time, he probably bets to protect his hand, get some value on the turn. I think we can also discount JJ some % of the time, I mean I think he can check back some % of the time but likely to bet also. The hand that makes sense to me is like exactly T8hh and that's one combo.

Also another thing is, there is a "decent amount" left behind after you x/r so he might think you fold all of your flushes that you x/r, so I say efffff him and call.
