I was pretty suspicious of the all in on the river, but he could have hit flush or straight so i folded, was this right?

Hi Adam,

I think the river fold is fine, we are behind often here.

Flop bet is small enough to keep all drawing hands in, I bet 150/200 here.

Turn I bet again as single heart hands should give up to a reasonable bet.

River fold is correct, we are not ahead here often enough to call this. He could have Ax without a heart, but I often find these river shoves are made hands.

- someone said 'never go broke in a limped pot', I agree, we just can't put the guy on a range that we are completely happy about here.

Hey Adam!

I would think about isoraising pre. You would have initative then and you can take down the poft often with a cbet on good boards!

As played -> Bet flop 150
Bet Turn again potsize and fold river if he calls and shoves then!

You need to extract value from all worse ax hands, 10x hands with , midpairs with  and kx + qx fd-hands!

Greets,
Tiltberger
