I think he would sqz w anything decent pre since sb is a fish.
To me his turn x/raising range would look like 8x, KT, FD (I think he sqz TT pre) He certainly has some bluffs like 79s but can't see too much of them apart from FD.
I think river fold is ok especially because my range is uncapped.
