Hello,

Without information I would rather 3bet this as a bluff.

On the flop, since we are OOP I would be more inclined to check/raise rather than to check/call here.

As played, check/calling the turn looks good.

On the river I think donking is fine, but I would bet smaller to encourage him call with weaker range.
I would bet around half pot here.
