Kind of a big 3bet pre from his part. Stacking off will be a bit spewy I reckon. To me- calling pre seems fine although I am not very happy that he sized it so big.

Readless, I fold flop. We are OOP. Honestly, at these stakes, with just a bit of info, I would usually make my decision preflop, but I see this is first hand, so I don't mind more cautious approach.
