I put him on a lot of High PP on turn and pair of 55, since a board looks like bluffing, he might raised me on turn with AA, or KK as well
I know I made mistake by calling PF, but I wanted just to mix it up

How shaould I play it after flop?

With trips on the flop against the small bet I think you can raise for value like you did. On the turn I think he could do that with QQ+ so definitely get it in for value.

However I want to highlight the major mistake of calling pre flop with 56s. It's way way too wide against someone with 7% pfr. Against his range I think we can only call at worst AQs and pocket pairs profitably, even ATs would be too wide and we just lose too much money when we invest with hands like 56s 9Ts pre flop and don't hit.

If you want to mix it up maybe you can add in AJs and ATs but 56s is just too weak.
