Hello,

Villain was quite fishy, and usually limped. This time he open-raised and then bet such big on dryish flop with many players. Was this the best way to make him donate his stack against me, as he has so little left behind on turn?

Hi.

I think we only have 2 options here
1) check/raise Flop and shove Turn
2) check/call Flop and check/raise Turn

I don't think check/call F check/call T makes sense. I wouldn't want to let him get the chance to check down on the River. That line only makes more sense vs hyper aggro players who love to 3barrel. Besides the board is kind of coordinated now on the Turn, with any 2/A/6/7 making a 4straight on the board. I think raising here is mandatory.

Which is better though? 1 or 2? I think option 2 is fine, since flop is very dry.

Thanks.

I was going for the alternative 2 here, as we could see. On flop my raise would look quite strong with so many players, though I think it really doesn't matter, when we are facing a guy who only looks to his own hand and doesn't care if someone raises, when he has an overpair

And the b*stard had a fricking AA.
