Villain is 24/13/1.0 per 210 hands

From experience this is a very strong turn line form villain, or at least it is very polarized in the sence that it is either strong value hands or pure air.
That said, what range would you continue here with?

Well he is repping pretty thin. He rarely has AA or JJ as those would likely 3bet pre and obv we have blockers. So most likely he has 44, A9, J9 and maybe some QT of clubs now and then. Though QTs type would usually go for bigger check-raise. Plus some air sometimes. 99 sometimes possible, but scary flop for such hand.

So I think we should continue with A9 or better. Plus some draw hands that we have pot odds to continue with. But I would usually give up with AK, AQ without clubs.
