since villain is fishy i assumed he has worse 9s in his range.

also he has a lot of FDs, but checking the equities iam just 55% ahead and i think its not worth flipping for the whole tourney as i know i have more edge.

I raise preflop to 3x with these stack sizes, it sucks a bit to stack off this deep with just top pair/second kicker, but I think I would still do it, he is obviously such a fish and as you mentioned, he has many draws, many worse 9x. I go for it.
