this is ugly without reads. i think its safe to assume you do not have much FE vs the SB when he makes it 500, he probably likes his hand whether it is QQ/AQ/AK or AA (you wouldn't think he would size it this big with AA but ive seen a lot of fish make big 3bets with AA because they are scared of being sucked out on). I also think a lot of fish are passive and would just flat call 99/TT in his spot.
considering our nice chip position and deep stack I would just fold JJ and only 4bet shove QQ+.
if you had some reads that he was a loose player i would 4bet shove JJ.
