hey, somebody lifting there in free time?
I used to workout quite a bit, but I have been so busy until now this year that I almost haven't worked out at all. But I really want to start again when I get more time!
I do it frequently, but for the past couple of weeks been really busy with the studies, so I skip quite a bit of my training.
I'm working out at home, I'm doing bodyweight exercises and also I'm using 2 dumbbells and a backpack full of books; that's fine for me right now.
i am training also at home or gym, no matter if you have bar and bench, great to see so many mates;]
When the snow disappears and it gets a bit hotter I'm gonna try this 2-2-2 challenge (I should probably start working on some pushups now so it doesn't get too embarrassing)

I also take 1 min rest between sets, it's another level compared with 2-3 minutes of rest.
I was getting late to a meeting a few days ago and I had to be there in time so I ran, what I've found out since I've started having 1 minute rests is that my cardio has been improved alot and I don't do cardio at all these days.
Personally i prefer working out at home, i find it its less time consuming so i work out more often. Usually i do either p90x or insanity work outs.
