I think the collision probability is low, maybe 20%. Is this assessment bad? Even if this assessment is true, should I be playing this hand anyway?

Much depends on villains. Can't say without observations. Passive players are going to collide much rarely than aggressive ones. In this situation I would push pretty tight. If we shove not rarely villains are going to make a cooperative play because of the stacks. I prefer to fold here and push with not more than 15-16% of the hands. If villains are tight than I would push wider.
