Villain is unknown but looks fishy when i look at his stack.I have 3 to 1 pot odds on turn and a 23% equity on turn if i consider him to have A :club:.

Hey,

I think a call is good and I would lead if the river fills you up. It's obviously not often that you have the best hand on the turn but you have outs, good pot odds some implied odds and once in a blue moon, you actually have the best hand too against something like KT.
