What would be your default raising range here vs a reg(no recent meta), who has 7-8% overall 3bet range?
What's your raising range here vs 30/15/4.0-3bet fish?
In BB's shoes(say he's the reg), would you have a flatting range if you know SB will push all the unexploitable hands and raise only strong holdings and some hands outside of nash?

i would shove my whole range vs everyone here. 11bbs is becoming too short and awkward to use a min-raise strategy especially against a fish who will flat call. against a very tight fish you can try min-raising ATC here. vs the players you mentioned i would only shove.
if you had t1800 a MR strategy would be fine vs reg but I would still only shove vs fish (unless im trapping). what hands would i do that with vs reg? non trash blockers as a bluff are good hands (K4o etc.) but tbh your hand doesnt really matter because I do not expect him to flat very often. It's more a question of game-flow. If I have been loose I will fold more, and vis versa.
