Hey Akcus,
Obviously you haven't read the rules of our staking forum like you said you had.
Any applicant MUST have 300 posts in the English Community. You don't even have 300 total so you cannot apply at this point.
Please note that spamming is not allowed to enhance your post count and will most likely lead to your account being suspended.
