Villain is very aggro spazy reg. If I 4bet, I fear 5bet shove + I want to keep the weaker hands I dominate or do well against within his range.

My question is-given that he is also aggro post, should I be willing to re-raise this flop? He can continue only with top pairs and A of clubs + I can very easily rep Tx. Calling screams that I have a strong FD or weak top pair-meaning he could decide to barrel us off.

the whole hand is awkward after you flat the 3bet oop. if he is aggro i prefer limp/calling pre , you achieve the same outcome (you end up playing the pot oop without initiative) but the pot is smaller and his range is much wider pre-flop. this type of hand is perfect for it because its not strong enough to 4bet but too weak to raise/fold.

as played, if he is aggro you can only c/r to induce a weaker flush draw to 3bet flop. seems pretty thin to me so i prefer either c/c or donking with a plan to 3bet jam to a raise. if you c/c you should give some value to having K high and not fold to a reasonable 2 barrel.

whenever you play 3bet pots oop vs decent players you are going to hate your life. Try and avoid it.
