SB stats 22/9 AF:5 WTSD:10 W$SD:50 after 45 hands.

If I call pot will be 0,68$ on the turn and he will have 0,71$ left. He is very aggro, I think he can donk with draws too.

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: If you think he can donk with draws (as he is aggro) then he most likely can donk with pairs too like worse 8x and 9x. So overall we could just ship there or call fop and call turn. However, 45 hands is not a huge sample to make a big assumption like being super aggro unless we've seen him do some crazy stuff (which is possible).

But anyhow, my play here would be to probably just ship it given his stack and our assumption that draws are donking.
