Call shove with TPTK on draw heavy board?

Not very much info about villain 15/13 from 47 hands. Is call on flop ok, if we consider it is only TPTK? Or should fold there?

I don't think 2p or sets is playing this way and it smells heavily of a draw so I think I'll call his shove
