Preflop: Hero is BU with A♠, T♠
3 folds, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) Q♠, 3♥, K♥ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 3♠ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB calls.

River: (8.25 BB) 8♣ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Final Pot: 10.25 BB

I can't raise the turn with a draw without a scare card on the board, right? Or at least I should just take the freecard on the river.

The problem is your line only makes a worse hand fold (a flush draw). Raising the turn would be better if he had the initiative and you called flop then raised turn as it's quite clear he has a strong hand here and you prolly don't have the equity to raise the turn purely for value (i could be wrong). Play it straight and call to river then take freesd or fold.
