Is it ok to cold call ? Probably EP folds if I 4bet unless he has premiums. On the other hand, if he calls with PP, my play is -EV unless he makes mistakes?

Hi.

Preflop: If CO is full stacked I would have 4betted here. Since he's short flatting shouldn't be too bad. but we are offering really great odds for UTG to call and hit some random stuff. I think you can consider just 4betting super small to 12bb, but that would be pretty imbalanced.

Flop: Now I'm never folding. Call when he bets, and bet when checked to.
