I think its fold , because i dont see what he can raise worse here than QJ here, maybe some some flushes, K10s but i want to post this hand.

This is not an easy one as this will depend on villain a lot.
What you should be doing here is put villain's range into equilab and see your equity.
If you think he has only T9s then a fold it is. If you think he could do it with diamond FD, KTs, T7s etc... then it's prob a call.

Opening QJo from MP when CO is such an aggressive 3bettor might not the a good idea at all.

As played, I think turn is just a fold, as nitty as it sounds. I do agree that if we can put quite a few floats in his range that raise the turn we can call but if we look at him we see that a) he folds to cbets on the flop almost 50% of the time and b) so far he hasn't raised the turn (not as relevant because we lack samples).
