I am actually going for a C/F river. I think he'll fold AA KK JJ to a riverbet, he'll also check those hands back vs a CK and he will only be betting Qx and perhaps occasionally KJ.

your plan seems completely fine to me, does he like to bet when checked to? or float alot? if that is the case i might think of a check/raise on the turn.

as played its check/fold on the river, no worse is calling and only better is betting the river.
