Known players: (for a description of vp$ip, pfr, ats, folded bb, af, wts, wsd or hands click here)
[tg]Position:hands/vp$ip/pfr/af/wts/ats/foldbb/w$sd;BU:6837/52/9/0.2/44/48/14/51;BB:22041/37/26/2.6/45/49/16/45;MP3:18909/25/18/2.4/35/51/25/51;CO:20140/30/19/2.0/42/50/21/53;[/tg]
2/4 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9♥, 9♠
MP2 folds, MP3 raises, CO folds, BU calls, Hero 3-bets, BB caps, MP3 folds, BU calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (14.00 SB) 2♠, T♠, 4♣ (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, BU calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (8.50 BB) K♣ (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, BU calls, Hero folds.

River: (10.50 BB) 6♥ (2 players)
BB bets, BU calls.

Final Pot: 12.50 BB

Results follow (highlight to see):
BU shows [ Qh, 4h ] a pair of Fours
BB shows [ Qs, Ad ] high card Ace
BU wins $47.50 USD with a pair of Fours.

BB's pfr is not too low so he may have just A high.
Which line is best? I like
1) donk flop hoping for a BB-protection-raise
2) checkraise flop and bet turn for value and protection

He can very well hold just 2 overcards but his range is prett tight anyway and I dout that you have more than 50% equity against him. He won't fold any better hand and call most worse as well but these can improve too.
I like a passive line here as you played it very much. You can call him down if no bad cards hit and fold to a K for example.

He had AQ here?

Happens. A good player folds sometimes the best hand else he would be called callingstation. :)
