My thoughts:
Villain is unknown so I assume that he will be stealing from the SB with some % so I don't mind 3betting here with A9s. Even if he calls, I can have the better ace here.
I flop 2nd pair and when he bets so small I think it's an easy call and see what he does OTT.
I don't know how often he double barrel bluffs, but I imagine it to be a small %, however, this maybe a good card to do so (that's if he is thinking about that). But I think I can call he as he v-bets worse and doesn't call worse when I raise (maybe AK?).
