Hi,

Raise preflop against a limp. You should raise any two there if he has an OK stack to play postflop. T8o qualifies.

As played, bet flop.. You don't have showdown value nor a strong draw.

As played on the flop, overbet turn. If he has any piece he will call, if he has nothing he folds anyway. Bet 1 on the turn and go from there..

As played on the turn, river is probably a raise fold, maybe a call against this small 3bet. Shipping seems a bit like overplaying.. you basically need him to call 6x if he has it in his range (plays it like this).. He prob calls 85 which helps but what other hands can you get value from? I don't like stacking off against passive players with not even a hand close to the nuts, not even relatively to his range.
